The award can go to any one, living or dead, for any line. If you want, you can suggest a 2016 nominee, as well as an all-time nominee.
As a side note, are there any lines you feel could have made it in the hands of another actor/actress? Was there a single line that really drove home a performance, or cemented an actor/actress as a certain character for you? Interested to hear what you all have to say.
