My younger cousin has been showing a keen interest in cinema and has an expressed a desire to learn more about film-making in general. She is always coming up with movie ideas, playing with her iPhone and making short little movies. I really want to encourage her in this, as I wish I had a 'film mentor' at her age. I'm planning on doing this by compiling a list of top films for a pre-teen cinephile (that doesn't sound right) and - bonus answers - perhaps some youtube channels that go in to film-making? She watches a lot of youtube so that would also be helpful. Thankyou.
