I’m just listening to the score Daft Punk created for Tron: Legacy, and oh boy, this might just be the most shining example of a score that trumps the film it was made for in every way.
Are there any other examples of this?
Suckerpunch comes to mind (although it’s basically just a compilation of covers...)
