Seriously, I don't think I've ever seen a marketing team this hard at work on the internet. Everyone who has seen this movie has told me it's okay, but not great. Nothing about this movie seems that novel or groundbreaking. And yet, I can't go on Twitter or Reddit without hearing about Bird Box.
I just read some article that said a third of all Netflix users have already seen this movie, and that's insane. So kudos to whoever did the behind the scenes marketing here, the buzz around this movie is unprecedented IMO.
