So I had a 3 hour flight and decided to browse the selection of movies. Nothing really piqued my interest so I settled with Birdman. I love Michael Keaton but I just never got around to watching this even with the glowing reviews and awards it's receiving. With that said, I was hooked from the beginning. I honestly had no clue what the movie was about going in and I loved that it was filmed in a way to make it look like one continuous shot, although it was confusing at the beginning as the timeline jumps at certain points. But the acting was all superb and it just felt so real at times. Also it's pretty funny that they mention Robert Downey Jr and Jeremy Renner making the Avengers when you've got Vulture, Gwen Stacey, and the Hulk in the same room. Lol. But anyway, if you are like me and just haven't seen this movie I definitely recommend it if you like well acted dramas.
