International Reactions to Trump Executive Order Restricting Immigration from 7 Muslim Majority Nations

On January 27, 2017, US President Donald Trump signed the "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States" Executive Order, the most prominent provision of which involves blocking entry for citizens of Libya, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Iran, Iraq, and Yemen for 90 days. The Order has led to international responses by various world leaders, as well as complications and consequences for international citizens seeking entry to the United States. While individually, some of these stories do not have a global impact, collectively, they are part of a larger discussion on the global reaction to these US immigration restrictions.

This thread is intended to provide a place to discuss all relevant reactions to President Trump's Executive Order. All subsequent submissions pertaining to reactions to the Executive Order will be removed and redirected to the sticky. Please post new articles as top level comments. Mods will periodically review the thread to add additional discussion threads to our table directory below. Please keep discussion germane - all non-topical or joke threads will be removed.
