My personal choice is 'Stand By Me' - I thought this film was 'PG-13' and then discovered it was actually rated 'R'. There were a few swear words here and there, but i think the story outweighs that. I have seen much worse in other PG-13 films compared to this (two good examples would be Taken and Drag Me To Hell).
