I was rewatching The Green Mile last night, and god, Percy's character is pretty much the person everyone knows and hates. (Incidentally, the actor seems a bit off as well- married a 16-year old as his third wife, but I digress.) So who are some characters in other movies who, while not being the villain, are that hated?
