Minor censorship/alteration to Jackie Brown (1997) streaming on Prime?

SPOILERS for the ending of Jackie Brown follow, and if you haven't seen the film yet, please don't read this.

I just finished my favourite Tarantino film, Jackie Brown, for at least the dozenth time. It happened to be on Amazon Prime, so I decided I would put it on.

I noticed, however, an alteration to the film here. When Ray Nicolette (Michael Keaton) shoots Ordell (Samuel L. Jackson) three times at the climax of the film, there's ordinarily a distinctive shout Ordell makes as the first shot rings out and hits him. This time, however, there was no sound other than the gunshots.

I'm curious: has there been some kind of new release or remaster of Jackie Brown, or is the removal of Ordell's death shout something that was done specifically for its streaming run on Prime?
