Is hands down one of the best superhero movies made and up there on movies in general.

Family idea. Such a unique and properly executed dynamic in a superhero movie. Seeing them balance normal everyday life with being super is incredible. Even the convos with the kids, the parents arguing, vacuuming, having dinner. Damn I’m so awed by that and how they mixed that with super powers is icing on the cake.

The villain. The villain being not super mixed with having an extremely smart and unyielding personality is insane. His dynamic with Mr. Incredible is well done and I love that.

Serious topics. Family dynamics, suicide, strained relationships with cheating. Prejudice and hiding.

World building. I don’t think there is a movie out there that does this the best. It’s a completely derail of Earth, the future mixed with past settings. It’s done perfectly, and it manages to create a massive introduction of new characters and gives great character depth even for the kids.

Jack-Jack being a hidden powerhouse makes me laugh every time. Most likely the “Superman” of the planet is a baby, it’s hilarious.
