Just finished watching it and I loved it. I'm really puzzled how it didn't do so good at the box office and because of that didn't get a sequel.
But what really interests me the most is how in the heck did they manage to invoke the feeling of nostalgia for me? I'm not from LA and I was born in 99 (the movie is set in late 70s Los Angeles).
Yet throughout the entire movie I felt nostalgic?
