I'm watching 'E.T. the Extra Terrestrial' and remembering there was a sequel idea. Thank God they never made it. Any other ideas that were better left unmade? There aren't many. 'Titanic 2'? Looking at the all time list and most had, or are, sequels. Hollywood doesn't leave much untouched. Not many were refused when you look at the top... 100!?
