Managed to catch this new Netflix Original film last night. It focuses on the foundation of National Lampoon Magazine and its subsequent projects. The cast is full of surprisingly good performances from well-known actors portraying people they are almost nothing like (e.g. Joel McHale as Chevy Chase).

As this is directed by David Wain, it has a VERY "Wet Hot American Summer" vibe, and serves as the perfect companion piece to Wain's existing body of work. I don't think there was a more appropriate director for this film.
