For me, it was when I went with friends to see The Village and the protagonist is about to enter the woods. She's warned that it's dangerous and she says something like, "Dont worry, I'll be okay, for I have the magic rocks!" and then pulls out a handful of pebbles.
Theater was completely full and the whole audience burst into laughter.
