I really liked how the AI depicted in Chris Nolan's Interstellar was benevolent and helpful. You could tell it's sentient and highly intelligent but it's not nefarious and out to enslave or destroy humanity, we did that just fine ourselves, it just wants to help out and be a companion.
Are there other depictions of AI like this in other films? I'd be curious to check them out.
