The shock of the road accident that left Bollywood's 'Dream Girl' Hema Malini injured and shaken has also become a source of great enjoyment for trolls. Hemaji is shocked to know that people are actually having fun at the expense of the tragedy.
Says a source close to the MP-actress, "Hemaji is a very strong woman. But she is shaken by the way she is being portrayed as an offender who allowed the little girl in the accident to go medically unattended. When the accident happened, she wasn't even aware of what was happening and where she was being taken."
Now back in Mumbai with her family, Hema's wounds are healing. "The injuries on the face will heal completely in two weeks. There's unlikely to be any permanent scars. But the scars of public admonishment and ridicule would never heal," says a close family friend, who adds, "She is with her family, her daughters and sons-in-law are with her. But she is saddened by the way she's being made out to be an irresponsible citizen."
When contacted, Hemaji simply said, "I am recovering at home. I am sure everything will be fine."
We wish this rare beauty, as lovely in face as in her soul, a speedy recovery and request the trolls to find another victim.
